Local Family Farm
Welcome to our corner of the farming world! I’m Joe Baker, co-owner of both Baker Cattle Farms and Baker Farms. Our family has been deeply rooted in agriculture since 1970, and it’s a passion that continues to grow with each passing year. At Baker Farms, we cultivate around 7,000 acres of vibrant collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, and kale, delivering fresh, nutritious produce to our community.

Running a family farm is more than just a business; it’s a legacy. My son and I embarked on this new chapter with Baker Cattle Farms, and we’re excited about what the future holds. My youngest, who’s currently 11, is already showing a keen interest in the world of farming. We hope to pass on our love for agriculture and the values of hard work and dedication to him and future generations. Thank you for being part of our journey!
